Information We Collect

The app lets you enter training profile and lift information such as sex, bodyweight, exercise, weight, reps, estimated one rep max, rank, and saved lift history. This information is stored locally on your device so the app can calculate results and show recent history.

We do not require you to create an account, provide your name, or submit contact information to use the calculator.

Local Storage

Saved lifts and profile settings are stored on your device. Deleting the app or clearing app data may remove this local history. We do not operate a server that receives or backs up your saved lift history.

Advertising

The free version may show ads served by Google AdMob. Google and its partners may collect device identifiers, advertising identifiers, approximate location, app interaction data, diagnostics, and other information needed to provide, limit, measure, and improve ads.

Purchases

If paid upgrades are added, purchases will be processed by the app store provider. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Children

The app is intended for general fitness utility use and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us so we can review the issue.

Changes

We may update this policy when app features, ads, analytics, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page.
